The Iberian Acorn-fed Chorizo is made with the most select lean meat from our Iberian specimens. It has an intense red-orange colour, is soft to the touch and medium hardness and has an intense aroma in which the mildness of the paprika with which it is made is distinguished. It has an intense and penetrating flavour thanks to the Iberian pork used in its production. It is a gift for the most demanding palates.
